supplier lied and took the order confirming the delivery date and then closed the chat account. the delivery wasn't done on time as the supplier used another chat account to communicate power failure and other shipping delays issues. the delivery was supposed to be on 23rd Jan but actually it was delivered in February. supplier failed to communicate and later didn't accept any fault and didn't take any responsibility. very poor service. do not trust this company. they promise timely delivery and then make excuses for very late delivery

You're really a bad buyer who are the really liar, why you said the products were delivered in February, AUSTARLIA POST SHOWED YOU GOT THEM ON 31 JAN 2024.
You got the all products but you never mentioned it to Alibaba and you even want to refund the all cost.
